I'm Denise Moody.
I'm here to help you with the resources and tools you need to build resilience with the students, staff and families at your school through a trauma-informed schools model.
As an educator, therapist and administrator, I’ve discovered that the work that gives me purpose is to support passionate and motivated educators and administrators in transforming schools to support the needs of all students and families, without burning themselves out in the process. As a result, I created Resilience Impact, LLC to provide educators with professional development opportunities that offer transforming solutions for creating school systems that support student and staff needs through conferences, workshops and consultations.

CHECK OUT OUR UPCOMING TRAINING OPPORTUNITES
We offer engaging virtual and in-person conferences, workshops and professional development opportunities to educators, school administrators, clinicians and partners looking to transform school culture.
Each month, Resilience Impact offers a free training to educators. Join us on April 13th at 10:00 AM CST for the free Suicide Prevention for Educators training.
This 1 hour virtual training focuses on providing educators with the skills of identifying and responding to the warning signs and risk factors of suicide.
So many people struggle in silence with thoughts of suicide. Light must be shed on this topic to reduce stigma, shame and guilt associated with these feelings. Increasing our fluency about this important topic can impact not only our students, but those in our families and communities.
This course covers the required topics for teacher relicensure in the area of suicide prevention as outlined by the Minnesota Department of Education, and the National Registry of Evidence-based Programs and Practices through the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. A certificate of attendance will be provided.
We are so excited to be announcing a return to in-person events with our Supporting Student Mental Health Conference. This conference will bring together therapists and educators to collaborate on how school mental health services could operate as student return from distance learning. Join us in reimagining how to support student mental health!
