Hi There!
I'm Denise Moody.

I'm here to help you with the resources and tools you need to build resilience with the students, staff and families at your school through a trauma-informed schools model.
As an educator, therapist and administrator, I’ve discovered that the work that gives me purpose is to support passionate and motivated educators and administrators in transforming schools to support the needs of all students and families, without burning themselves out in the process. As a result, I created Resilience Impact, LLC to provide educators with professional development opportunities that offer transforming solutions for creating school systems that support student and staff needs through conferences, workshops and consultations.
WELCOME TO RESILIENCE IMPACT!

We offer engaging virtual and in-person conferences, workshops and professional development opportunities to educators, school administrators, clinicians and partners looking to transform school culture.
On November 16 & 17, 2023, join educators from across the U.S. at the Trauma-Informed Schools Institute as we explore key skills and mindsets needed to develop school environments where students and staff feel supported and connected. Attend in person in Rochester, Minnesota or online based on what works for you! Either way, you'll have access to all virtual sessions and keynotes through June 1, 2024, so you can attend live - on your own time - or both! This 2 day confererence is designed to empower educators, school leaders and staff & provide you with new strategies and actions to implement in your building, while deepening commitment and anchoring into a vision for your school. You will connect with colleagues as you practice content, reflect, apply and practice skills together. Together, we can create trauma-informed school environments that support the needs of students without burning out staff in the process.
